synecdochic, I've been practicing turning off my inner editor and just writing to word goals. This way I can write 200 words a half hour, and they are not the most horrible words ever. Gaze upon all I have accomplished, Internet!

I also use Ommwriter, a full-screen text editor that makes clicky noises when I type. (I'm a very auditory person; the clicky noises are an impetus to type more words).
