ETA: It wouldn't surprise me if the really powerful witch on Walpurgis Night turns out to be Madoka..in this timeline, anyway.
ETA 2:Women with disabilities kicking ass! YES! Or...maybe not. Homura doesn't explicitly ask for her heart disease to be cured, but the wording of her wish (wanting to meet Madoka again as someone who protects her, rather than the other way around) may imply it.
