Writing the story of the friendship between a sexy cat-monster and an asexual* god of death is actually really hard. (I mean, they have SO MANY COMMON INTERESTS.) I can't imagine it working without some degree of snark on both sides; the cat-monster's snark is gentler/ more playful than anyone else's in the cast would be, but I keep being afraid of breaking her.

ETA: While I usually don't associate songs with specific characters, their friendship has a song!

I found Avatar box sets on sale at Best Buy for $20 a piece last night--woot! Naturally, I've spent the day making icons. Never mind that I've never really made icons before.
