My favorite* made-up** virus is ON A BOAT, motherfuckers! (I hope the virus still makes that cereal-in-milk noise, which means I will have to see this in the theater. The $4.50 theater. I'd better learn to walk there, as my mom suffered enough through the first one.) ETA: as inkstone points out, theatrical distribution is unlikely. I forgot the awful sequel was direct-to-DVD.) But no Deputy Winston this time around, I guess. :(

*Sorry, MEV-1. Contagion was a far classier movie, but I'm partial to skin conditions and you didn't have a sequel to get even more ridiculous in.
**The sequel, which even I admit is terrible, actually has the heroes find a medical encyclopedia that says the virus is "necrotizing fasciitis." Which no self-respecting medical encyclopedia would ever do.
