insmallpackages, but with a focus on East Asian fandoms. From the Welcome and FAQ post:

This is a low-key wishlist-based exchange for East Asian fandoms of all types (anime, manga/manhua/manhwa, dramas, music, games, etc.). The way it works is pretty simple: Post a wishlist of your fandoms & some information about your preferences (characters, tropes, what types of fanworks you'd most enjoy, etc.). Tag your post with your fandoms so that other people can find them. Then go around & find some other wishes to fulfill & wait for someone to fulfill some of yours!

All East Asian fandoms are welcome, but please consider this a special invitation for those of you in small fandoms. Spread the word & maybe more of us can find each other!

All fanworks and small gifts (drabbles, iconbles, etc.) welcome.

yuri_challenge (the fabulous f/f fic and art fest) is gearing up for another round! They're doing a gift-exchange format this year (from the FAQ post):

When: Fandom/character nominations start right now and run until December 12. Signups open December 13 and run until December 28. Assignments go out on December 28 (or 29 if matching is tough) and fic/art is due on February 10. (A mad dash for any necessary pinch hits goes here.) Fic and art goes live on the archive on February 14.

What: You commit to creating one story of 1000+ words, or two stories of 500+ words; or one polished artwork or two clean sketches. The requested characters should be in a romantic and/or sexual relationship. Explicit content is not required, but please make it clear that the ladies of your pairing have an attraction to and/or affection for each other.
