The one where Haruhi Fujioka visits Nerima (for esmenet): Playing Tetris in my head. Shipping Haruhi w/ all the ladies. Trying to figure out how ze can flirt Host-style with Akane without Ranma and Ryoga beating zir up. (As much as I ♥ Haruhi, ze would LOSE THAT FIGHT HARD).

The one where Marie or Stein/both teach class, which is full of non-neuroptyical...beings: Playing Tetris in my head. (I didn't think Stein would teach the way I want at first, but he might, what with his hatred of people not questioning authority or thinking for themselves. He may not, for instance, be enamored of "everyone sits quietly in rows while I blab at them.")

Something partly inspired by this Festibility prompt at access_fandom: I'm thinking of sending Kid on a "too dangerous for humans" mission, which means he a) has to save the day without his weapons, which is kind of AWESOME and b) can take Blair with him. :D

Ahem. I was actually going to comment & say this kind of accountability post is a great idea, then I saw that at the end & got a little out of control. ;)

I have so ridiculously many WIPs right now, blergh. & not all of them are serious prospects, but a lot of them are, & the ones that are serious contenders tend to shift.

WAAHHHHHHH READING NATSUME!!!

All the cool people love it! It's about lonely people making friends/developing chosen families! Also, youkai! Also, Nyanko-sensei! Also, I think I would like Taki very much. And then you ran a gift exchange, and I got caught up with Soul Eater and I was like: "Dammit, I am going to make time for Natsume!"

I have so ridiculously many WIPs right now, blergh. & not all of them are serious prospects, but a lot of them are, & the ones that are serious contenders tend to shift.

I need to be better at starting things. I often get overwhelmed with how to start, so I don't. Hopefully this will push me into "write a very rough draft, even if it's terrible," which is really hard for me.

I am really good at starting things -- I excel at the Shitty First Draft! (or even the Shitty First Couple of Paragraphs) It's hammering down & getting things past that stage & actually getting them to completion that's hard for me. ^^;;; (I'm good at first edits, too; the thing about Shitty First Drafts is that the really bad parts are easy to cut away)

& heeeeeeee I hope you like it! & yes, Taki is SUPER GREAT OMG.

I ♥ it so far! (Okay, so I've just met Tanuma, and he's still Very Mysterious.) I got all misty-eyed with how Tsuyukami and Hana's arc turned out (i.e. the tiny youkai and his one worshipper; then she dies, and he's happy to go with her.)

I excel at the Shitty First Draft! (or even the Shitty First Couple of Paragraphs) It's hammering down & getting things past that stage & actually getting them to completion that's hard for me. ^^;;;

I totally need to let go and allow myself to write Shitty First Drafts--I get anxious when I don't know how to start/think something will be "right" and then I don't write anything.
