What is this nonsense?

So I really want this epic, sprawling Soul Eater AU where Asura doesn't have his Face Heel Turn and is still basically friends with Shinigami-sama (maybe Shinigami-sama is, like, his safe person, more or less. Their relationship might kind of work like this.) But he's still, you know, himself, so he's really fearful and suspicious and snarky and has that…quirky, sort of out-of-nowhere sense of humor?

And he helps fight evil and represents the Madness of Fear (and also, possibly, chaos) and maybe teaches class now and then (Shibusen still exists, as there are still witches and evil humans, but I will have to think about it SOME MORE,) and also, he has philosophical arguments with Kid for my amusement. (I know, I know--Stein is plenty capable of having amusing philosophical arguments with Kid, but two Lovecraftian madness gods representing two very different forces in the universe having an argument no one can compromise on or win amuses me GREATLY, I am sorry.)
