I've learned many things from this experience:
- I really like making fannish things for people. This shouldn't suprise me, since I really like giving people gifts--especially if they tell me exactly what they want, so gift registries are God's gift to me. (D'oh!) It can be easier for me to express how much I like a person by giving them something than by communicating it verbally. Thanks to this gift exchange, if you're in my dwcircle and we share a fandom, you might get a present on your birthday--especially if I know your AO3 username :D (Should you want a birthday present, feel free to PM me and ask).
- I should probably use my access-lock more often. I'm sure the entire Internet doesn't want to read me panic over silly things.
- Relatedly, I panic over silly things (like OMG Assignment the Second makes no sense at all and what will I doooooo?) because I'm holding onto something that I really should let go. Once I actually do let go of a thing and don't just want to or threaten to, I can get it done. The trick is to let it go before I start panicking about it.
- Momo-voice is fun!
- Losing your Wacom tablet stylus, however, is not. (Don't worry--I found it.)
- So that's the brush I use in Seashore to make something look like an actual drawing. And I can control it better, too.
I can't wait for next year! And I don't have to, because we can still make treats! Yessss!
